Meet the Watercolours Developer

Bill Taylor, Developer of Watercolours offers a 35-year career in Architecture, Engineering, Development & Construction.  As Bill would tell you, most of his focus he refers to as “Heads in Beds”, meaning his career work has revolved around Hospitality, Healthcare, Senior Living, Active Adult, and Multifamily projects.  Bill has been involved in projects in the U.S., Central & South America, Australia, Dubia, and the Caribbean.  Working on these projects has helped to create the vision of Watercolours,  promoting an environment of resort style living in a residential community, incorporating health and wellness in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
